In February, Indiana Senator Evan Byah surprised everyone when he announced that we would not seek re-election after two terms. Byah is the son of long-time Indiana senator Birch Bayh, who retired after being defeated in 1980 by a young man named Dan Quayle. Now, Quayle's son, Ben Quayle (left), has won the Republican primary for Congress in Arizona's 3rd District.
